River is Frozen

Its summer and the river still hasn't unfrozen.

Is there any way to fix this with dfhack?

You could fix it with magma. Put a river of magma under the water river, and it'll melt happily.

The Raven has been knocked unconcious!

Elves do it in trees. Humans do it in wooden structures. Dwarves? Dwarves do it underground. With magma.

So you settled into a cold/freezing biome and now decided that you dont want your river to be frozen anymore?

Heavy.... well there are two options, eiter use magma as already described or settle into a warmer area next time.

Why do you keep posting the same question all over the forum? The temperature changes over time. In cold regions often rivers only thaw for a short time in mid-summer.
Dig to the caverns, embark somewhere else, stop spamming the forum, profit.
