a) Acting funny and asking 'Why so serious?'
b) Have too many pet penguins?
c) A little girl with too many pet cats?
d) Larger than other kids, have sharp teeth, and gray leathery skin? (also maybe a crocodile/alligator companion?)
e) Get splashed with acid over half its body?
f) Ask too many questions that began with 'Riddle me this...'
g) Sexy and covered in plants?
h) Cause fear wherever he/she went and wear a burlap mask?
i) Carry a dummy he claimed was alive?
j) Love a guy named 'Mister J'?
k) Followed by a trail of ice and only speak in puns?
l) Addicted to super steroids and wear a luchador mask?
m) Appear to made of clay?
...

You know, you'd think HFS would be the best adversary for Batmen, given the oft-used 'clown' description.
