How to make a plant growable anywhere?

How would I mod a plant to make it so that dwarfs can plant the seeds anywhere, in any climate, above ground, below ground, etc?

I tried using the biome token [BIOME:ALL_MAIN] but the seeds weren't present in the embark menu. I tried making them [WET][DRY] but I don't think that has anything to do with it. I've poked and will continue to do so but I was kind of sort of hoping for an expedited solution.

The only thing better than dining on a fine goblin is using said goblins tallow for soap to fix up my soldiers.

What you can buy on embark are what your civ can supply.

No, what you buy on the embark screen is based on whether your entity has the [INDOOR_FARMING] or [OUTDOOR_FARMING]. Try giving yourself both and then see if you can take them on embark. Otherwise you will have to gather them or possibly buy them from humans or elves.

Well, your civ can supply whats in the entity file if it's in the area :p
