WTF? Imageshack deleted my Avatar (Also: help pick a me new one)

WHY??!??!??

Anyone else ever had ImageShack delete one of their pics before? It's really not that big a problem, I can re-upload it and my other pictures are still there, but... WHYYYY!?!?!?!?!!??!?!?!

People still use Imageshack?  I thought we had all switched over to Tinypic a long time ago.

They just plain go away after a while. It's not permanent hosting.

I use google/picasa. It just feels a little more guarunteed to stay, plus I don't need a new account to use it. Furthermore, I figured out how to bypass limits like gif and png being force-converted, as well as image size limits.

Also, I can keep track of my gallery and keep it private.

I'm thinking image shack just doesn't bother with raid arrays or backups and as such simple loses images when hard drives explode. On my account its kept a lot of vary old images and the ones it lost seem fairly random.
