This statement, unfortunately is correct.

More to the point; Yes, I feel the Onion is possibly better than some of the actual newspapers in circulation. And more to the point as well.

Maybe he opened up the valve connected to the water tower that releases 100 gallons of water a second, then took a few sips from that and then just forgot to shut it off?
