I don't know how i can build soil, can anyone tell me, how i can do it ?

I've played DF two days earlier on another pc and there i can build farm plots in my builded rooms.

The old fort you had probably built on soil/sand layers, where you don't need to make mud to farm.

I've just had a similar problem re: mud, and what you need to do is get some water on the ground.

Take a look at the Wiki's entry on irrigation: http://dwarffortresswiki.net/index.php/Irrigation

What you'll be doing is digging out a room and then having dwarves haul water to a pit area you put above it (using buckets) or pump in the water.

If you don't have a source of water (lakes, small lakes, streams/rivers, freshwater aquifer) on the map, you can't farm on stone.

Also: you need to get the stone floor wet once. From that point on it will be farmable.

Or you can dig out and farm on soil underground. Soil floors look like two wavy lines, like water but not blue.

Actually, soil only looks like wavy lines if it's been furrowed (otherwise it shows up just like mined stone) - sand always shows up like that, and it's also good for farming.

P.S. If you don't get this note, let me know and I'll write you another.
It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.
