WRESTLER_NAME?

   Can you customize the name of a creature's wrestlers like you can for their axemen, bowmen, etc.? If the tag is [WRESTLER_NAME:  ], it's not on the wiki, but the wiki also seems to be missing some of the other profession tags.

Nope. The [*NAME:] tags are mainly just a hack to improve compatibility between dwarfs and other races, so there are only as many of them as necessary. You should be able to do this (and more) in the next version, though.
