This is actually two related questions. 1. How big can goblin sieges get and 2. how can I increase the size of my sieges?

I think the maximum is five squads of sixteen men. I don't think they get any bigger than that.

As for increasing siege size, I think you need to create a massive amount of wealth in between sieges. I've theorized that sieges come based on how much wealth you create, based on my observations that sieges come nonstop when I begin making massive amounts of masterwork steel armor.
