I drink espresso by the mug, I enjoy bitter beer and plain chocolate. Can't stand anything that's too sweet, which is why I don't often eat sugary things.

After making hot chocolate ivs 1 spoon of nesquick and 7 spoons of cocoa powder, I have to ponder about the fact that chocolate is the only thing I can stand bitter.

How large a cup would take 7 spoons of cacao powder? I usualy take the equivalent of 2 spoons (and a catious spoon of sugar) and that doesn't always dissolve properly.

To be true chocolate, it must have sugar, cocoa powder, and cocoa butter.  I learned that at a Belgian chocolate shop in Belgium (incidentally, the chocolate is made in the Netherlands/Holland, but to the specifications of Belgian shops - that, combined with the fact that it is the shops that actually turn the poker-chips of chocolate into what you buy, is what makes it Belgian chocolate).  By varying those three main ingredients, and maybe adding in other stuff, you get the wide variety of chocolates.

Also incidentally, Belgian waffles are curiously enough better without chocolate - and this is from a chocoholic.

Just so I remember

My Special Big Cocoa Cup.

For years, any time I made hot coco, I wound up making 2 cups, so one day I hit every store in town till I found the biggest mug I could to hold a filling amount without overflowing.

^-^

I think it holds 4-5 cups at max.

Ah, that episode was classic.

Spongebob is actually a fairly good show, more entertaining than more "adult" oriented shows...
