I haven't played in 3-4 months, due to lack of time and my fort currently needing a good long sit down to fix some issues.  That and it's so uber-stable that it's not all that fun, but I don't feel like starting a new one till the next release.

I haven't played since...January, I think. It's not that it's not fun, it's just that I'm too excited about what will be in the new version to continue with the current version.

Mafia games and the people here probably help in keeping me around.

I came for the game, I stayed for the forums.

I would like to play DF more but I just don't have the time.

I've visited and posted in a few forums in my time, but never have I been in a forum where the majority of the people actually have real conversations, where most people can use things like capital letters and punctuation in the correct places, and where everbody doesn't act like they're 13 and TYPES LIK DIS OMG!!!!???!?!?!?!??~

Only played Liberal Crime Squad on a regular basis. When I do play DF, it's for the Legends Mode.

I still do play it occasionally. But I can never seem to maintain intrest for long.

I haven't genuinely played DF since around March.  I still fire it up once in a while thinking I'll finally get down to business and build that super mega fort like everyone else seems to have no trouble doing (I've stuck with a fort long enough to get 80 dwarves exactly once).  I've just seen too much of the game to have fun with what's expected, and I'm too impatient to wait around for random hilarity to happen on it's own.

I do have a 180 dwarf succession fort running right now.  At 3 FPS.

I am intentionally not playing Dwarf Fortress (for about 2 years maybe more) so that Ill be more surprised by new content.

Ill probably start playing again with this next update.

There's that long period of time when things get boring. You know, when everyone is happy. Losing is fun. I get bored by the time I lose. Yeah, and the 3 FPS thing makes it even harder to get to the losing point. I've never once had a siege

I don't play LCS, if that counts. Used to, but never had the patience to play it through.

I still play Adventure Mode on and off.  I sometimes wish Adv. Mode was the main focus of DF development.  That's where most of the future potential seems to be.
