1.Download
DFG21 (http://mayday.w.staszic.waw.pl/~mayday/upload/DFG21.zip)
and DF40d16 (http://www.bay12games.com/dwarves/df_28_181_40d16_osx.tar.bz2).
2. Extract DFG21.zip (by double clicking)
3. Extract df_40d16.tar.bz2 then extract df_40d16.tar (by double clicking)
4. Drag 'Raw' Folder from DFG21 to df_osx, click 'Replace'
5. Open 'Data' folder in DFG21 and df_osx
6. Drag 'Init' and 'Art' Folder from DFG21/data to df_osx/data then click 'Replace'
7. Delete DFG21 folder
8. Open df_osx/data/init/init.txt
9. Look for:

[GRAPHICS_WINDOWEDY:400]
[GRAPHICS_FONT:mayday.png]
[GRAPHICS_FULLSCREENX:1280]
[GRAPHICS_FULLSCREENY:1024]
[GRAPHICS_FULLFONT:mayday.png]10. Change it to desired fullscreen and windowed resolution (my fullscreen resolution is 1280x800 since i use MacBook)
