Ustxu Iceraped the Frigid Crystal of Slaughter was a glacier titan. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic feathered carp composed of crystal glass. It has five mouths full of treacherous teeth, enormous clear wings, and ferocious blue eyes. Beware its icy breath! Ustxu was associated with oceans, glaciers, boats, and murder.

Caravaneers Journal.
During the trip, our convoy got attacked by ordinary robbers, women in bikinis, and goddamn ninjas. Damn they lost their creativity.

okay, poked around a little and learned some things about how to abuse the quests in the beginning:

- you can travel with the desert patrol guys on the "kill the raiders" job as long as you want, without killing the raiders.

- you can keep the demolitions guy in your team as long as you want

- once you accept the mission from the government, police wont attack/extort you.  you should probalby do this ASAP if you want to trade around the capital.

- accepting either desert patrol or government missions dont mess with each other.  you can run both at once without penalty

- as long as you dont go to vladmier platz with the sniper, you're okay.  you can get him killed in action, and then go there freely.

Does anyone know of any more games similar to this?

That game Frontier has a unique twist, but it's lacking...something.

Frontier lacks challenge, it's easy to get the ball rolling and then your momentum will drive you quickly up the ranks so that you soon have a vanguard, full party with good stats and kitted out with the best, a pile of gold and guildmastery of one of the guilds.
