instead of every dwarf under such dwarf follows leader
could it be changed that if stationed to a location every dwarf attempts to go to that station instead of following the leader to drink to bed to pickup equipment to eat???

its bad to have 10 dwarves under 1 leader
and the leader goes off to bed during an invasion
and all 10 dwarves stand around leader's bed admiring him sleep

those 10 dwarves are stationed to the location
even if the leader is not there they are on duty to guard that spot!

sorry i cant suggest a replacement other than not to follow leader to every task they think of
