It seems to be working well so far, mass death due to thermonuclear death, there is one story I wish to share:

So I walk into a human/elf town, and all elves summarily explode, including one human shopkeeper who was near an elf when the incident started, he was forced to languish for a few rounds before dying from massive amounts of blood loss.

If you really want to ignite elves, you really ought to build an enormous Tripod out of steel or aluminum overlooking the part of the map where they appear from.
Give the elves access to something that ignites at room temperature and a merchant prince ahead of time, and when your Fighting Machine is ready, request the stuff that burns. It takes more effort, but you only get out what you put in.

No, actually.  Killing elves shouldn't be done in such a simple manner.  You don't just say "I will that all Elf-kind die, let my will be done!"  You have to do it personally... savor it, you know?  Personally order that the Lever of the Damned be pulled, hurling your elven prisoners directly into the flaming maw of Hell, that kinda thing.  Otherwise, what's the point?

Here's how you can do BOTH!

1. Add Aquatic tag post-worldgen.
2. Create adventurer.
3. Visit every elven town.

This is the best idea I have ever heard. I'm looking up how to edit raws right now so I can do this.

I like the fact we are seriously discussing how to drop dwarfs off towers using  kittens as cushions.

What will actually happen is you will create a race of super elves that have evolved through survival of the fittest.  It may take hundreds of years but in the end they will conquer every kingdom riding on their giant carp steeds.

How has no one pointed out that elves are at peace with nature?

Is it possible to increase the temperature of grass?

Don't think of it as being besieged by thralls/husks, think of it as having your own personal moat of life hating mutilated menaces

Now wall yourself in quickly
