You can get more than one immigration wave per year. However, if you keep killing off the nobles, you'll start frightening away the migrants. I don't know if nobles can be frightened away, though.

No. You cannot scare away the nobles. They are too stupid and inbred.

I really can't see myself making it to 50, but it's still FUN to see how many I can get.
