I guess the game randomly makes some names that are perfectly english.

Well, there is a particular brand of coffee that shares its name with this kobold. I even hear it's the best part of waking up. I can't vouch for the truthfulness of that claim, however.

It's missing an "s" for the reference to be complete.  I was thinking that perhaps "Folger" was something by itself.
