[40d] cooled obsidian squares behaving oddly.

A latenight misstep lead to a poured magma 'clog'...
here's the uploaded map.

http://mkv25.net/dfma/poi-18360-wonkymagmatile

The square marked as a ramp says "damp rough-hewn obsidian wall" but one z-level up it says 'open space' and a green glass block is sitting there (suspended?)

I'm using the 'wonderment' mod that makes quite a few changes to rocks soils metals and etc (here) http://www.bay12games.com/forum/index.php?topic=40229.0

and I've tweaked goblins a bit myself.

I don't have a save, but this happens in vanilla 0.28.181.40d as well.  It seems to happen when a constructed floor made of non-magma-safe material has magma flow over it, or where magma flows where a green glass wall has been deconstructed.  The wierdness can be covered with constructed floor or be cleared by digging out the tile underneath the open space.  At least I was able to do so.  This may require forming obsidian beneath it.

How did you manage this? If you look at my map, it's in a particularly bad place for me. Even though a dwarf can pathfind to the adjacent square no one will ramp it out or grab that green glass block.

With dig, not channel.  You won't be able to do it in every case, but if you're not going to pour magma there again you can just construct a floor over it.
