Hi,

I am searching for a program to test my computer power usage with, I have a meter which is very accurate but I still need a way to let my computer use certain amounts of its capacity at any given time.

My question to you all is, does anyone of you know of such a program?
I would preferably be able to make it work with 10% of it's resources, going up 10% at every interval.
