Workshop job profile

Probably something already suggested, and maybe already in development, but I haven't found that much information specific information regarding the future of workshops.

Anyway, I think I'd really like to specify what jobs workshops do, and how they are manged.

The first, simple step is to specify if a shop accepts orders from the manager or not. Useful if you have a mason cranking out blocks and don't want that interrupted by your nobles' demands for millstones and hatch covers. And you could cue up bolt making without having Urist McBonecarver running around canceling jobs in all craft shops when he's out of bones.

The second step would be to specify what of the available jobs a workshop will do. That way, the mentioned bone carving could be limited to a workshop near the abattoir where many of the bones are produced. Or a regular forge away from the magma source could be set to only accept studding jobs.
