Violent eathquakes shook the ground, torrential rains struck and struck again and again the lands of the mortals. Gods leaving the battleroom was having a great effect on the world. And when the cataclysm was over, only a few cities remained intact.

Those whose homes had been destroyed, those who have been abandoned by their gods, fled their hometowns to hide wherever they could, be it in mountains or forests, living as hermits, avoiding contact with other people. They became ghosts, ghosts who haunted the living.

"Oh dear." Lekesha didn't need to complete the thought. Just as trade was picking up with the southern fox-people, the world went cataclysmic on them. Her doll peered over her shoulder. "Good thing I included a reset button when I brought you here. Well, come on now. You're the first to know up here, take full advantage before the word spreads. Our people were sheltered from the storm, quite naturally, but we'll want to take salvage and provide relief quickly."

Lekesha sulked. "You do that. I'm just going to go do my thing." She slammed the door on her way out, having already written up her plans for imperialism even before the continent became magically under her control. Apura supposed it didn't matter now. Her doll took charge of the relief effort and worked the mirror quite extensively as a 'favour' to her 'western allies'.

Well, this would be a dull yet busy year or two of consolidation and construction. At least some pretty architecture would be generated while she was waiting for shipyards to arrive on the agenda.

It seemed Lekesha's pet abomination/baby girl was mostly unaffected by the departure of her father. Perhaps Lekesha really did care... or it was Apura herself that did. Either way, it was difficult to train and starting to become a picky eater. They'd have to set it loose sooner or later.

The dark elves wait no longer to resettle at 30,9; 33,7; 29,6; 30,3; and 24,6. These are a trading post/hunting camp under Eldravad (named, of course, 'Eldravad',) the port town of Xoherin, delegated to Lesleigh Khon, a scavenger base under Laio Khon (again, simply named 'Laio',) and Lekesha's new fortress-capital of Zyralekeshnia (currently just a magic tower and outpost.)

Zykurkhonia remains, but only for the defense of its locale. The western four settlements form Zecuzo Lekeshnia, the empire in Her name. The new western settlement is established as a free city with strong ties to Luc Orin and Ghost.

Ghost takes a well-earned vacation up north to make snow angels in the huge drifts created by the divine storms, and has a gay time, though no one without inherent immunity to the cold accompanies her so far. Lekesha declines the invitation after some thought.

[Armok]

Abaut a month had passed since the disaster, and at the moment a light rain was falling upon the charred ruins of the Inari village, eroding and smoothing the ashes. Finally enough mud and ash had been washed away for a partially combusted wooden beam to become unstable and shift it's position, exposing a strange scroll casing to the nurturing beams of the sun just peaking in through a crack in the clouds...

 NO, This COULD NOT BE! the thing called Bokei flew back and forth over the ruins in powerless desperation.
My task... Has failed... No soul, no people, no goal or meaning, nowhere to go... The elves, they are the closest thing to a chance I have.
And thus it set it's course towards Orichozga...
