World Request, if it isn't much trouble.
« on: September 06, 2009, 08:40:44 am »

Hey, i've been genning worlds constantly on a spare pc for about a week now and still haven't come up with a site i am happy with, (really slow pc so i could probably do the same in about 3 days on this one but i USE this one, i am using the latest stable ultrafinder with 40d no mods, though i play with 40d16 which breaks ultrafinder) in any case i was wondering if anyone had a world with an embark with the following features?

Spoiler: features (click to show/hide)

i have looked at the pre-genned worlds on the wiki and a few other places but havn't found anything with quite this feature-set. i had a world with a similar feature set before but i lost it :(

to any that help, thanks in advance. :D

yeah i saw that one, problem is it is a 6x6 embark... yeah it'll be unplayably slow real quick. also high cliffs. i'll give it a go till a better site can be found but i foresee lag in the near future. hence why i am asking for a small site.
thanks anyway. :D

look at this:

Seems to have everything you want except lots of trees, but it does have the ability for tower cap logs so you could just rush to get those farms started.  Also it's a 5x5 embark so maybe a little faster than 6x6?

World Gen Parameters (When asked, hit "p" to ignore all rejects):
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

It has some nice plateau's with enough trees to get you started though the 90 z-levels might be a tad processor heavy :(

Features: Flux, aquifer, river, underground river, underground pool, magma pool, magma pipe, chasm, hfs, and a small patch of sand.

Ah, here's something.  How about setting the errosion cycle to a much lower level to shave them cliffs right away?
