More 40d cage trap ghosts

Related somehow to bug 178 of gear of a captured, killed creature being tossed back to their capture location, I had a cage trap (from which a goblin had been captured and later magma-incinerated, though his/her gear was confiscated first) that appears to be causing job cancellations of the "Creature Occupying Site" where the cage trap was, for a wall I'm trying to build.
