The fortress still being there is normal, it always is. Kind of like ruins. I agree with Solifuge. And where the fortress is, Does it have a strange letter 'u' or backwards 'y' looking thing at all? If it does, it's a ruin and it's normal.
The point is that the magma pipe WAS in the fortress's area, and now is not.

At the top of the thread, it mentions something about the fortress actually still being there, if you can actually read. I don't have to answer every single question he asks now do I? And a new magma pipe should happen if this game has realistic things like that.

Yes, it "mentions something," specifically that the magma pipe is placed differently on the pre-embark and post-embark maps.  He only mentioned the abandoned fortress to show which one is post-embark.  CobaltKobold is correct, nobody was ever saying that the abandoned fortress is itself a bug.  Seriously, why are you using "it mentions something," which basically says "I didn't read it carefully," to attack someone else's reading comprehension?

And new magma pipes don't happen.  Geology is static after worldgen except for the player's actions.

Sorry CobaltKobold. That is also unfortunate that magma pipes don't spawn from heck. "Urist McUrist cancels store item in stockpile, interrupted by magma pipe from heck."
