Tell them their bedroom is in the two tile room with a bed and a hatch cover that leads to the GCS silk farm. In one of my old forts I had a system that killed every noble and generated spider silk each time I got them, was past pop cap from migrants+kids anyways.

Either that or cage them and pit the cages into the magma pipe for the glory of Armok. Bluebloods are his favorite treat.

Personally I just never appoint a Sheriff, that way the justice system never activates.

I also disable ECONOMY.
