found a fix for this just download LNP, after that you want to back up DF then delete the contents of the DF 34.11 then move genesis over to that folder, then start lazy newb pack and find the two missing files that LNP yells at you for not having and add them from vanilla DF in and then click aquifers on LNP to NO

1. Install notepad++
2. Ctrl+H, then click "find in files"
3. Find [AQUIFER] in your raw/objects folder.
4. Replace with nothing.
5. Click replace all.

It's recommend that you replace [AQUIFER] with AQUIFER instead of nothing. That way there will be no aquifers, but you can still turn them back on in later worlds if you want to.

Also keep in mind that even if aquifers are turned off any already embarked forts that had aquifers will still have them. In order to remove these aquifers you will need to use the "drainaquifer" command in DFHack.
