List units by skill?

I'm not sure if anyone's suggested this..

But I like to enable/disable skills on dwarves to micro-manage them. Sometimes I have a hard time enabling skills on the right one, though. It'd be really awesome if we could list units with a certain skill, and then have it list from best to worst as well as show if it's enabled or not.

I dunno if the bookkeeper or whatever helps with this, I haven't gotten that far yet. And I could see how it'd be tedious to micromanage with more than a couple dozen dwarves..  :)
