DF looking like Kobold Camp

Hey all.  So I discovered DF a while back, then kinda petered out with it, then got back into it, started getting good.  After that I looked at the mods, mostly out of curiosity, but I saw Kobold Camp.
Now kobolds are my favorite, I prefer the D&D 3.5 version myself, which is where my one problem with Kobold Camp lies (don't get me wrong, its an awesome mod, just not for me).
So what I was wondering was if it was possible to use the Kobold Camp... graphics, for DF.  And if its possible to just rename the dwarf stuff as kobold, or name them like in Kobold Camp.
The second one is more of an after thought, I can get around it saying dwarf, I just think it would be awesome to have little kobolds :D

Yes, it is, but bear in mind that even in the expanded graphics version (that has nobles and so forth) there are no icons for metalcrafters, farmers, etc. etc. etc. Beefmo's kobold graphics pack has icons for all professions but I don't personally care for the way it looks. I will try to rig something up for you (honestly, I love the cute little kobolds myself although they can be hard to tell apart because the color differentiation isn't very good) but I can't promise that it will be exactly what you were hoping for. Making the civilization and individual unit names be "kobold" and giving them kobold names is not an issue at all. I will replace the dwarven civilization with a kobold one and the kobold civ with a "dark kobold" or "exile kobold" civ.

I assume you are using Mike Mayday's graphics pack? If not, get the most recent version because the KC graphics were meant to be used alongside it.

Seriously, that's awesome.
And what's the difference between kobold sized and dwarf sized?  The ones like in Kobold Camp are fine whichever way they are.
Also I am decent with making graphics, so if you could tell me which professions are missing I could make them.

Kobolds are smaller, meaning they have a lot more trouble in a fight.

Bowyer
Engraver
Mason
Animal Dissector
Furnace Operator
Weaponsmith
Armorer
Blacksmith
Metalcrafter
Gem Cutter
Gem Setter
Weaver
Clothier
Glassmaker
Strand Extractor
Fish Dissector
Cheese Maker
Milker
Thresher
Miller
Dyer
Planter
Soap Maker
Potash Maker
Lye Maker
Wood Burner
Mechanic
Siege Engineer
Pump Operator

A lot of these likely don't need custom graphics - I.E fish dissector can share fish cleaner, Potash Maker and Lye Maker could get away with sharing a graphic or using the peasant graphic, etc.

Alright, I managed to get some free time today and scraped these together.

In order that I added (the 4th row)
Bowyer, Engraver, Mason, Animal Dissector (B), Furnace Operator (P)
{Weaponsmith, Armorer, Blacksmith, Metalcrafter} Can all share
Gem Cutter, Gem Setter, Weaver, Clothier, Glassmaker

--Start Row 5--
Strand Extractor, Fish Dissector (FC) Cheese Maker, Milker, Thresher, Miller
Dyer, Planter, Soap Maker, Potash Maker (P), Lye Maker (P),Wood Burner (P)
Mechanic

--Row 6--
Siege Engineer, Pump Operator (P)

P = Peasant, B = Butcher, FC = Fish cleaner, for the original pictures.

Military ones added have letters matching what they are (C-champion, A-axe, H-hammer, M-mace)

They aren't amazing, mostly copies that i just switched up a bit from the ones already there.

Those look nice. If you can merge them with the most recent version of the KC icons (this one, which includes nobility), I can get a workable mod running for you.

Huh, that includes some of the ones I did as far as I can tell (and done much better), but here's them merged.  The ones I think are done already are on the very bottom row.

Okay, looks good. I had a little trouble with your labels from the last one (animal dissector is wearing a welding mask?), would you be willing to give be a rundown of what you want each new one to be?

Soooo..

Row 1: Bowyer, Engraver, Mason, Blacksmith (and the other metal related ones), Gem Cutter, Gem Setter, Weaver, Clotheir

Row 2: Glass Maker, Thresher, Milker, Miller, Dye Maker

Row 3 has the ones I think were added already since the picture I had found.
Farmer/Planter, Strand Extractor, Soap Maker, Mechanic
