Hasn't happened in a long time in my fort (since all of my sieges are now led by elite goblins), but back whenever a siege squad would be led by a dwarf and said dwarf would be killed (either by my military or a strategically placed weapon trap), my other dwarves (ordered to "Stay inside", for obvious reason) would start relentlessly spamming "cancels Place item in tomb: Item inaccessible.", often dozens of times per second, until either forbidding the corpses or allowing them to go outside.
