It's the Kimberlite change. I've noticed the same thing when checking out other peoples' seeds, and I run 33c.

This thread has gotten a bit stale, but I figured I'd revive it rather than create a whole new thread.

With the new version (33f) all the seeds have changed, and my seed has gotten sand as a natural occurence now - no editing of anything required. The new version fixed kimberlite, which now appears as veins in gabbro. This shuffled the minerals in a similar way to the raw editing I had did before. The map now generates with so much iron and flux it's ridiculous, plus sand on the eastern tile and a wide variety of rock.

I've been enjoying the map so much, I figured I should share it again. I re-posted it on the cleaned up pregenerated worlds page of the wiki under downloadable worlds, and it is now available for download for those who can't get the generation to work the same for them.

- Mostly temperate wilderness; one corner is terrifying
