Search function for development page?
« on: August 23, 2006, 11:05:00 am »

Right now it's rather cumbersome checking if something I want to suggest is already on the list since not only is the list so long but it's divided into pages so I can't use the browser search function effectively. I was wondering if we could have either a search function or a single page list of all the planned features in order to avoid suggesting something already planned.

Good idea to my mind. A single page would do it.

With eventually some in-page links to jump directly to 50-100, 100-150 ...

Are html pages limited in size ?

I don't know anything about search functions.  For now, I can throw together a somewhat messy page that you can search through that includes all of the dev ideas that have been floating around.

I've put together This Consolidated Dev Page and linked to it at the bottom of The Development Page.

It is messy, but that's what I could throw together without the xml/python stuffs that I hope to learn enough of at some point, rather than constantly tasking X to help with things.  For this reason, I won't be updating this page very often, or at all, until I get more of an automated infrastructure in.  I've included copies of the Armok future pages at the very bottom -- a lot of this material is irrelevant or completed, so look over it with that in mind.
