Like 'repeat' or 'suspend'. 'u' for 'urgent'. Do or die priority. Dwarves move  faster to complete, and focus on nothing but. Although they wear out quicker.

I'd say make it as fast as "regular", but dwarves treat the task as highest priority and do it ahead of anythng. Perhaps, even delaying sleep, eat and drink (at expense of negative thought).

DEFINITELY. All too often my dwarves have been off drinking or eating when there's something _really_ important to do. :P

Agreed. Also add a similar button for squads. Something like "Rally", which stops ALL actions the troop is doing, whether it's sparring or sleeping or twiddling their thumbs, and forces them to wherever their station is.

As stated, they should get a bad thought if they were doing something important, such as fulfilling a need.

I'm thinking this Rally idea is one of the things we need for the Army Arc, although it would probably require some above-ranking "General" (squad leader?) to be available to sound the call, to balance it out.

Why? The idea is to get them to do stuff faster. Just tack on the fatigue penalty to balance it.
