Are you kidding? Running is awesome. Anyway, as for your leg, if nothing works, tough it out. Hop everywhere, slam your leg against the wall several times before you go to bed and try and, every time you sit down, to put spiky things on it, weighed down. Remember, pain is your friend.

Do you realize a knee lock-up (link is kinda amateur-ish, but gives you a good summary) can be the indicator of something serious. Trivial by modern surgery standards, but still something not to underestimate.

But I can't believe you've fucked BOTH your knees at 14, so you probably just need some exercise.

Yeah, I have such problem too.

I have a constant itch. People told me to take a shower.
I tried it, it helped at first, but after a few weeks it started again, so it's not working :).

By this I mean: you should train your body more. From my point of view you spend a lot of time at the computer and don't compensate it with active physical training. Do it, or be a-less-than-average-joe.

P.S. If I didn't train to compensate my sitting at the PC, my wife would fire me :D.

My legs are fine now actually.

And my knees didnt actually lock up, it just felt like it.

I have headaches popping up alot lately. Maybe its becuase i just spent about 6 hours in The Mall Of America shopping for funeral clothing.

Shopping is evil if your a guy, kills the soul. Meh stepdad brought me shopping one day to show how men shop. It took 15 minutes!  ;D Finally! A short visit to the grocery store! (not an extremely long one with your mom >:(). Headaches: grab a sledge hammer, hit yourself in the arm really hard, you won't notice the pain in the head  ;D ;) :D :o :).

I've pissed my mother off with how long I can spend in some stores.

Anyway as for your problems I recommend staying the hell away from the internet because people here aren't going to be able to help you in anywhere near the same way as actual physical real people.
