Simple solution for fixing the tracking bug, hopefully

I had an idea for how to put an end to the bug of things getting tracked everywhere: instead of setting the dry timer to full every time something gets tracked, its time is copied from the tile it was tracked from, so if tile a has 205 turns left, tile b, next to it, would be muddy for 205 turns if mud got tracked from A to B. What you'd end up with is all of the liquid from a specific incident drying up all at once, though, unless the starting timers were randomized.

And make surface mud disappear in the winter again.

And a 'clean' designation would be very useful, with all this blood everywhere.
