Check it out, kind of an Ultima/Helherron/Magic Candle sort of game, with much more complex combat than usual and excellent effects for an Ultima style game.

Not released yet, but it looks really interesting.

I disagree with many of his opinions in the FAQ, which leads me to believe that the game probably won't be for me. Particularly his defense of having only three character classes.

But who knows? The demo could be released and it may be made of Win and Old School Ultimawesome.

Looks awesome, although I'm not so sure I like the D&D 3.5 rules in there.  I'll keep my eye on it.

Graphics style is awesome and has an old-school feel to it.  Reminds me a bit of Tibia.  Anybody play it?  I used to play on an Open Tibia server (free) that mimics the real Tibia map called RealOTS

So far I'm not impressed. Especially because of the Frequently Asked Questions.

Whoa, this is gonna be pretty awesome! Oldschool RPG, and the combat system in it is just perfect. [Temple of Elemental Evil had a sorta similar combat system]
The in-game video made me excited.  ;D I am going to buy this gem, when it will be available.

This doesn't seem like Ultima to me in gameplay, graphics perhaps, but it resembles the old Gold Box Games more. I like the D&D, but I find the lack of classes rather dissapointing, if this game was editable, I might be more willing to sign on to it.

Watching the video reminds me a lot of the game Dark Sun

Yeah, that is true. Dark Sun was a pretty good game by the way...not as good as ToEE, but ah well.  :)

I very much wanted to love ToEE, and at times I did, but even with the fan fixes it still ate my save game or broke in a very big way every now and then...

The Demo and full game is out now folks...tis good stuff in my reasoned opinion.

There's permadeath as an option....   ;)
