Fish nets as Large Animal traps.

It would be sweet to have some fish nets that you can set up as traps. The net basically acts as a piece of furniture that is supported by a nearby sold tile. However, this item spans into the z-level area below it's base, acting as a cage for when a water-borne creature swims into it. However, since the cage is based on the z-level above it. When deconstructed the item acts as a cage trap and the creature can be moved back and forth as animal furniture. The simple difference of basing the cage from above makes it possible to drag-net dwarf-killers like carp. When you wish to release a creature you simply reel in the net which deactivates the net, making the lower portion temporarily disappear. The net can be retracted manually or via a lever.  Creatures cannot be assigned to the net, however.  Friendly and unfriendly water-borne creatures are caught in nets.
code:

It'll look something like this: (~ Water)(+ Floor)(% Net)(# Submerged net) (. Ground)
z+0
~~~~~.
~~+++.
~~%%%.
~~~~~.
z-1
~~~~~.
~~~~~.
~~###.
~~~~~.
That would be really nice. I think the idea fits well with Dwarf Fortress. Now we just need some migrating salmons  :)
