Casual games?

What's a good multiplayer online game that can be played casually? By casually, I don't mean "1 hour a day". I mean something that doesn't take up much time and doesn't penalize you for not playing every day, which most 'casual games' fail at :(

So, far, Urban Dead's been the only one good at this, but it's not exactly fun to play casually.

For certain values of 'play', as you don't have any influence on character development or the fights, except for making educated guesses when choosing your opponents.

It's still fun and doesn't steal much of your time.

Of course, this game may be a little *too* casual for your needs.  Still funny though.
