Can I make it so i get sieges with a lower population?

I want to get it so I can have sieges with a population of 20.

You can't set it for a specific number yet.  I think you can change PROGRESS_TRIGGER in the entity raws to get sieges as soon as you start, but you can't choose anything between 0 and 80 (someone correct me if I'm wrong on this).

It was just announced that the next version WILL support this feature:

You can also try to gen a world where your civ is at war with the goblins/whatever else you want to be sieged by. From what I know, they don't check for population sizes when it's a war. Or they at least have the requirement lowered.

What kind of statues are your masons making, that you think they have "maximum exposure"?
(Full frontal ones, apparently.  With very short beards.)
