Possibly my most interesting map yet
« on: July 08, 2009, 01:58:17 am »

I decided my dwarves needed a vacation, so I embarked on a volcanic island.

Well, I get there and take stock of whats around, I have a few fire imps and a fireman in the magma vent, some giant moles in a small tunnel system they must have dug themselves, and a named giant leopard thats listed as 'current resident' rather than 'wild animal' like other animals are.

Worst of all it didn't even give me a housewarming gift. Oh well, time to get to work on that aquafier

The moles didn't dig those tunnels, you embarked on a cave.

Try to catch the named leopard.

Or just fill the cave with magma.

On a side note, if the cave goes deeper than the aquifer, you can use that to get past it.
