my computer goes AH MY GOD I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG BUT I NEED TO PISS THIS GUY OFF and freezes and gives the whole ooooooo I like bluuuuueeee thing (blue screen of death) everytime I click to play my character in eve, every once in a while it will work but it usually doesn't any ideas?

If this is the first time you're playing EVE, you might not have a good enough computer.

If you've had the game for a while and now it's just starting up, it might be a corrupted file somewhere.

Maybe your computer is trying to tell you something about the game being cr- oh right advice. Sounds like an issue with video card drivers. It launches from a 2D interface to 3D in-game rendering when you select a character to play right? Try updating the drivers. If that doesn't work, go the other direction and find some older drivers. If that doesn't work, it's because the computer demands a sacrifice.

Hmm well when I first started playing I was gettings freeze crash, ect whenever I was around an acceleration gate, you can imagine how fast that got irritating. Thankfully they were already working on the problem which had to do with intel graphics cards. Best thing I can say is contact eve tech support.

There is an old bug they reintroduce once in a while. Not saying it's the problem, but it's worth a shot:

Sometimes the client lets the GPU draw as many frames as possible, while somehow doing something else, something very dirty, to your vidcard, which can (even with the fan running at full speed) almost fry most vidcards.

Of course CCP never admitted that, btw 

The easiest way to circumvene that error/rule it out is to just force enable V-Sync and triple buffering. Hit CTRL-F in game (I think) to watch your framerate. If it's tied to your monitor refresh rate, it should be all good. If it's still hovering around 200 when the screen goes black, you might need to change "Interval immediate" to step 1 or summat, under Options/graphics/advanced or something like that (in eve).

Give it a shot.

(oh and, just to be sure... check whether or not your pc is full of dust. clean fans go a long way)

Don't tell me that you are trying to play with an onboard gfx "card". Care to post your system specs?

Oh the problem has already been fixed by now, though suffice to say most games (not including mmos and the like) from 2007 or so on I can't play. The main issue is that my card doesn't have pixel shader 2.0 support, like I'm able use the spore creature creator but the paint job on the creatures doesn't show up right.

its like the third day ive had the game, but ive done a couple trial runs and it worked fine, so I don't think its anything with my specs

im playing with an nvidia geforce 7900 2g ram and a dual core 2.4 ghz processor

I re-installed it but that didn't do anything... glech...

Anything from eve tech support? They were very helpful for me, they even reset a few of my missions so I wouldn't lose the bonus when I was having my issues.
