I think any kind of crest you wanna put on him should mimic a more common (or more amusing) engraving done by your own dwarves, to make it special to that universe.

A tummy full of magma or booze might be a little crazy. Instead, make his esophagus an animal pit for cats. Then you can fill it up with magma
