I think all fish can go on land, but they air drown.  Undeads don't have to breath, however, so fish can pursue you over land.

Undead birds navigate through the air just fine with a total disregard for how the bones in their wings aren't any more useful for lift than... well, the bones in your arms. Without all the flesh and feathers they're pretty much just waving a pole around yet they fly anyway.

Though a skeleton dragon would at least have multiple poles since bat wings are more or less a giant hand rather than an arm...


After bones not having any kind of lift generating shape yet keeping something aloft I don't really mind undead fish leaving the water and being pretty mobile. Seems like they oughta be able to take to the sky as well.
