Stupid Question About Siege Engines

I've got 9 -pine catapult parts-, and I can't figure out how to build 3 -catapults-.  I checked the wiki and consummately failed to find any useful guidance.  Any of you kind people want to help me?

Construct it like you would a building (b - i - b for catapult).
