Clothing naked Dwarves

Ive got a pesant dwarf who for some reason dropped all of her clothes. The other dwarves have taken her clothes and placed them in a stockpile but she is still walking around without any clothes. Shes getting bad thoughts and I wish to know how to fix this.

Sounds like she may be stark raving mad (or melancholy, I forget which brings out a dwarf's inner nudist)  If she is, she'll never put on clothes again and will soon die.  Either through dehydration or via a long walk off a short bridge.

If she's not, just making some clothes should be enough for her to claim them if the economy isn't on.  If the economy is on she'll probably need enough money or credit to buy from a shop.

That fortress went downhill, she was mad. It went into a tantrum spiral when she killed a child.
