About the issues

I hope this isn't a repeat thread, but I didn't check. I've been drinking so you'll have to excuse me.
I was wondering what sites affect some issues. Some are obvious, prison reform, police, pollution, corporate malfeasance. Some I remember from before, gay rights, abortion etc. But there's some new ones that I don't know how to affect.
These are: immigration, military spending, drug law, racial equality. I think that's it.

I would think:
Garmet Makers -> Immigration
Crack House -> Drug Law

I wish one of the coders would clarify what does and what does not affect things on the LCS wiki. I'd edit it in myself, but I honestly have no idea how to fill it in properly. It requires good knowledge of how everything works in terms of issues. :/

Military Spending is affected by views on the military, that's only affected by military sleepers. Get veterans and mercs.

Drug Laws are affected by the Court House and Prison. Crack houses still has no effect on the issues.

Immigration Laws and Racial Equality is effected by Civil Rights laws. That can be affected at the Court Houses and so other places.

Just attack the Court Houses and get some cultural sleepers in order to affect military spending.

Wait, wait, wait. Rereading the code again, it seems attacking the Court House does not affect the Drugs issue at all. Sorry for that. The Court House only affect Womens' Rights, Abortion, Death Penalty, Justices, Free Speech, Gay, Civil Rights, and Immigration.

To affect the Drug Issue, attack the Police Station and the Prison.
