[40d9] language_SYM.txt: misplaced and missing words
« on: May 13, 2009, 04:53:13 am »

A two part bug.  First, there are some words in language_SYM.txt that seem to be in the wrong symbol groups.  Might just be a matter of taste, or a misunderstanding on my part, but here's the list:

Second is a list of 309 words which appear in language_words.txt but not in language_SYM.txt:

Good catch on the Lovecraftian overuse of cyclopean.  That really drove me crazy; his descriptive style is generally too good for him to become repetitive.  Ah well.  Talk about horrors in the deep.

I'm very "meh" about most of those reclassifications.  The words within a given classification tend to go pretty well together as is, and things like "salt" make sense when you see them in sentences and names.  Same with 'juice', it goes very well with the icky things that like that sphere, and when you see 'lust' in place names you understand why it belongs with the goblins.  Plus I think 'pitch' is more 'very black'.
