Question regarding possessed dorfs

What, exactly, does this mean?

He asked for items like normal (leather and a gem, in this case), then once he retrieved the items began muttering this.

I'm assuming Gurbasen is the artifact name. Alek assar translates into "Humor circumstances".

...

So what exactly is he asking for?

If it doesn't say anything else for a while, such as him holding up sketches, shouting or muttering for things, then he has already started making it

Yeah, I was helping out a buddy and he didn't notice the "has begun mysterious contruction!" because the traders arrived at around the same time.

But you know what the artifact translation is?
