As it hasn't been listed here already, Irregular Webcomic! if you're a fan of puns.

I completely agree - I did not say "all jokes" but "lots of jokes" ...
True, true, but what I meant is:

It's equally true to say you and I will not get all the jokes a kid gets when reading C&H.

So one could say it's not an adult comic either.

Dresden Codak.  Brilliant artwork, and surreal storylines make for a good comic.  Although, the creator is kind of a nut, so updates rarely come more than once a month.

Webcomics that I regularly read: Dr. Mcninja, xkcd, Brawl in The Family,  Darths and Droids.

Irregularly follow: Schlock Mercenary, Order of the Stick, 8-bit Theater.

I also read DM of the Rings and Totally Kotor before they ended.

Misc manga: Bokurano, Vagabond, Zetman, Shamo, Japan Tengu Party

Ashamedly, the only regular comics I've read somewhat would be The Amory Wars and some random Marvel ones..

Dr. McNinja is a recent addition to comics I read, as is Nedroid.
Though I don't know my favorite comic.  Watchmen is definitely up there, but then there's The Goon . . .

And you can probably guess from my user name that I like Bionicle.  Some people say it's just marketing, but I tell them this; it started out as a replacement for strikers and roboriders, and they probably didn't expect it to last long.  There was just a simple story.  Then it turned out that it was popular, and lasted much longer than its predecessors, and they managed to pull a pretty decent plot out of it with minimal ret-conning.  In fact, I can't think of any ret-cons in Bionicle at the moment, and I've been following it from the start.  Of course, it's not all comics, so . . . yeah.  Probably not the most relevant thing on this thread.

And this is how tinned food was invented.
Alternately: The Brick Testament. It's a really fun look at what the bible would look like if interpreted literally. With Legos.
Just so I remember
