Keep Tightly Closed

The "keep tightly closed" setting on doors keeps pets from passing through, but will it prevent enemies with [CAN_OPEN_DOORS] from going through? Or is "forbid" the only option that will stop door-opening enemies?

[CAN_OPEN_DOORS], I believe is exactly the value that lets anything through tightly closed doors.  I think something else in the raws implies it for dwarves, but otherwise if they didn't have it, they couldn't go through a tightly closed door themselves.
