Dwarven military babies

Dwarven female military needs better regenerating shields. Enhance them with adamantine tiny clothes or steel if that's the best you have. Apply spikes for better melee damage. Trained ones will spit acidic vomit. Legendary Baby user, anyone?

I want to have a creche or something where military or noble females bring their babies to be taken care of by other dwarves.

If it's platinum and menacing with spikes of bauxite it's acceptable.
