ok, now that i have my soldiers sparring to elites in full plate (thanx to smew), now i am building catapults on top of walls.

my problem is i can't seem to build an upramp next to a wall. are they only for digging down? how do i build a ramp up to a wall outside? is this even possible?

example:

                    WWWW
                   rWWWW
                    WWWW
                            W
                            W
                            W

W = wall
r = where i want to put a ramp

i want to put the 3x3 catapult up on a platform which is actually part of my wall. any ideas?

b -> C  -> Stairs

You have to construct something you're building in the open or on a tile that's been dug out. Stairs are the same menu where you find walls.
